Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you need to return or exchange a product, the following terms apply.

1) Return / Exchange eligibility

  • We accept returns and exchanges for defective and non-defective products.
  • Products must be new and unused, in the same condition as received.
  • The return must include the sales document (receipt/invoice).
  • The product must be returned in secure packaging. If the item was delivered in factory packaging, it must be returned with its factory packaging.

2) Return window

Returns/exchanges must be shipped within 30 days from the delivery date.

3) Return method

Returns and exchanges are handled by mail (shipping).

4) Return shipping & label

  • The customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping.
  • Any return label cost is also the customer’s responsibility.

5) Restocking fee

We do not charge any restocking fee (0 cost).

6) Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • If the product is confirmed to be in the same condition as shipped (new/unused), we refund the product price.
  • Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

7) Refund processing time

Refunds are processed within up to 30 days after the returned item is received.

8) Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted for consumable items, such as brake pads, ropes, balloons, etc.
