The transport of all orders made in cooperation with the Greek postal.

For orders within Athens, product delivery is within five (5) working days (normally two working days).

For orders from the rest of World, the delivery of goods made ??within eight (8) working days (usually 3-5).

For orders paid by bank transfer, the buyer should by fax or email the bank receipt and then the delivery time is activated.

Regarding shipping costs are calculated based on the current price list of Hellenic Posts which you can find it on their website www.elta.gr unless you choose a different shipping company so the corresponding pricelist is applied.

Returns

The store knowing the provisions of law 3043/2002 complements / states: In general, returns are not possible to be accepted. On specific products we accepte returns, after consultation with the store and if they are purchased within 7 calendar days and according the warranty terms of the manufacturer. Therefore products of earlier years construction, the warranty coverage time has expired and/or the manufacturer has ended the activity (closed the factory and other similar cases), subject to our discretion of the store and if they'll be accepted. Returns / Order Cancellation after dispatch from the store will not be accepted if the customer simply changed mind / regret. Refunds on paid orders which have not yet gone away from our headquarters, made ??with withdrawal of the necessary expenses (for bank or other financial institutions / agencies payment) required on the way agreed between store and customer.

In any case of return, products must be returned in the condition received by the customer, and product packaging is that which accompanies the product and in excellent condition. If not returned within 7 days then the store reserves the right not to accept the return and / or replacement.

Moreover, for all cases, the product should be necessarily accompanied with all the documents accompanying the product (eg Ap Retail, Receipt etc.), and must necessarily be preceded by consultation with the store.
